OUR Aussies STORY

The Lambert Family has spent generations working in agriculture. As accomplished dairy farmers with a history of community involvement and caring for a wide variety of animals, it makes sense that their passion for the Australian Shepherd breed would lead to the founding and running of Sandy River Aussies.

A father and son’s dream of raising these beautiful dogs and introducing them to families throughout New England and beyond brings the Lamberts a great deal of joy. While working with the Aussies and their puppies is immensely gratifying, nothing compares to seeing these puppies develop life-long bonds with their new families as they grow into strong, friendly dogs.
